Best Western Plus Siding 29 Lodge

Location was great, although the address isn't Banff Ave it is literally around the corner. Free breakfast was great, and an easy start to the day. We had booked a 1 room suite which worked really well as we had lots of room for our family of 4.

Staff was exceptional! Friendly! Courteous! Helpful! Engaging! Breakfast was a surprise… full meal & not a typical breakfast included - continental breakfast! Thanks for that!

The location was ideal since it was just a short walk from the shops and restaurant.

Rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Property is well located, with free underground parking. Wifi is very fast, though the room doesn't have a desk. Breakfast is plentiful with long, flexible hours. Rooms have a big fridge and giant TV and coffee maker, with tea in the lobby. I paid a very reasonable rate, though a few days later, it was more than double. So your value may vary. There's a huge patio, but it's outside the rooms, so you have to keep your curtains closed for privacy. Housekeepers were very considerate and thorough. Excellent quality toiletries.

i loved how I got a king bed room with a jacouzi inside. i loved their hot tub. and of course located right in banff.
